Every hour refresh the Presence of Allah, and speak to Him from the heart during everyday activities.
Each day, draw and write down 7 lessons from the events and things you encounter.
Whenever a good thought comes to mind, act on it or make a plan to act on it.
Recall 3 good qualities in every person you meet and ask how you can develop them in yourself.
Serve the creation without expecting anything from them, placing all expectation in Allah alone.
Do every major good deed for success in the Akhirah and to avoid punishment.
When meeting and departing from anyone, refresh the intention that you meet and part for Allah.
Perform good deeds because of who Allah is, out of love, and to emulate His beautiful qualities.
After every good deed, recall that we can never fulfil the right of Allah's greatness and majesty.
Reflect on your blessings and realise you can never thank Allah enough for them.
Serve those you sit with, and believe that other Muslims are better than you.
Attribute every good act you perform to Allah's grace and mercy, not to yourself.
Give preference to others in all matters, e.g. when queuing up or with food.
Assign every blessing, physical and spiritual, to Allah; even your effort is from Him.
Every day recount 10 blessings and use each in a way that pleases Allah.
Every day express gratitude to 3 of the people or means through whom you receive a blessing.
Recall 7 names and attributes of Allah and thank Him for who He is.
Every day make du'a for anyone you have harmed, knowingly or unknowingly, that Allah blesses them with better.
Recall 7 blessings you have not been thankful for and seek forgiveness for that ingratitude.
Refresh hourly that Allah is watching and hearing you, and do not use your body in a way that displeases Him.
When calamity or difficulty strikes, refuse any sinful means of fixing the problem.
Find someone going through the same difficulty as you and help them for Allah's sake.
Before each of the five daily prayers, remind yourself that this could be your last Salah.
When fulfilling basic needs, be present with Al-Razzaq and recognise every provision is from Him.
When learning and growing, be present with Al-ʿAlim and Al-Hakim; all knowledge is from Allah.
When the nafs craves appreciation, be present with Al-Shakur and Al-Khabir and seek approval from Allah.
When leading or instructing, remember Al-Qahhar and Al-Malik, the true owner of all power.
Connect to Al-Muqsit: compare yourself only to your previous self and express your neediness to Allah.
Redirect arrogance: the only one you are better than is Shaytan, as Allah made you the best of creation.
When criticised or shown your faults, channel pride into reflecting on your own sins.
When receiving blessings or doing good deeds, seek Allah's appreciation rather than people's.
Dedicate 3 days of training in seclusion to increase your spiritual connection with Allah.
