Set the image for the day as your phone background, so the task is in front of you every time you pick up your phone.
How to set an image as your background
iPhone
- Tap Download under the image, then tap the image that opens and choose Save to Photos (or press and hold it and choose Save to Photos).
- Open Photos, open the image and tap the share button.
- Choose Use as Wallpaper, then tap Add.
Android
- Tap Download under the image.
- Open the image from your downloads or gallery.
- Tap the menu (three dots) and choose Set as wallpaper.
